Terms of Use

Updated at: September 30, 2026

1. Introduction Welcome to iFute! iFute is a platform that connects players with sports venues, enabling time slot bookings. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms of Use. The service is operated by SAFIRA TECHNOLOGY LTDA, CNPJ 67.523.095/0001-07, headquartered at R. Estilac Leal, 1295, Pascotini, Santo Ângelo/RS, ZIP 98.803-190, Brazil.

2. Account registration Browsing iFute is open to all ages: anyone can open the app and search for venues, courts, time slots and prices without creating an account.

Creating an account and booking time slots requires being 18 or over, because a booking means entering into a service contract and making a payment. By creating an account, you declare that you are 18 or older. People under 18 may use the app to explore; bookings must be made by a responsible adult.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for keeping your account secure. Sign-in goes through your Google or Apple account; on your first booking we also ask for your CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID), required by the payment provider to issue the PIX charge. You may delete your account at any time (see the Account Deletion page).

3. Booking and payments

• The minimum booking unit is the 30-minute time block.
• Payments are processed through Asaas, exclusively via PIX.
• iFute charges a platform fee per booked time block, passed on to the amount paid by the

player. Payment provider processing fees are also passed on.

• Funds are transferred to venue administrators, less the platform fee and iFute's commission.
• Bookings may be one-off or recurrent (weekly repetition).

4. Cancellations and refunds

• Each venue defines a cancellation window (how many hours before the slot a booking can

be cancelled with a refund).

• Refunds can only occur while the payment has not yet been settled/transferred. After payout

to the administrator, refunds follow the venue's policy and fund availability.

5. Venue administrators and affiliate program

• Administrators set their court prices and their PIX payout keys.
• iFute offers an affiliate (partner) program: an administrator may refer another via a

link; the referrer then earns a commission on bookings made at the referred administrator's courts. Amounts accrue in a commission balance, withdrawable on demand, subject to the payment provider's withdrawal fee.

6. User reviews

• Reviews must be truthful and respectful.
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content.

7. Prohibited activities You agree not to:

• Misuse the platform or engage in fraudulent activity.
• Post offensive, illegal, or misleading content.

8. Liability disclaimer iFute is a booking intermediation platform and is not responsible for the conditions of sports venues or for disputes between users and venues.

9. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil.
